Are You Cut Out For The School?
Some may not be cut out for a creative cooking school. Most instructors at culinary schools are very critical of each dish and expect the presentation to be close to perfect. Furthermore an individual who wants to go to cooking school will have to apply themselves and work hard. It is important to be able to take criticism constructively, and to admit that your dish might not be the best.
Because a lot is expected from a chef in the cooking industry, the school will train and impose the same type of expectations.
